Key Responsibilities

•Triage and provide frontline support for requests from the Company to the legal department.
•Prepare and maintain records and documentation, such as contracts, leases, letters of intent, waivers, and notices.
•Draft, review and redline contracts, e.g., NDAs, SaaS licenses, vendor contracts, engagement letters, teaming agreements, leases, etc.

Salary: USD 113,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of relevant experience.
•Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.

•Ability to build strong relationships within the team and cross-functionally, including Real Estate, Procurement, Finance, and Growth/Business Development.
•Proven experience in project managing small and large-scale projects from inception to execution.
