Key Responsibilities

  • •Client service and marketing support – Respond to client and prospect inquiries by producing timely, accurate, and well-structured materials.
  • •Content development & production – Create and maintain client- and prospect-facing materials, including marketing presentations and portfolio decks.
  • •Reporting & analytics – Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting deliverables, including performance summaries and analytics.
  • •Execution & delivery – Manage deliverables from start to finish, ensuring on-time and accurate outputs.
  • •Quality control – Maintain high standards for data accuracy, formatting, and presentation across outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in investment management, investment banking, financial analysis, reporting, consulting, or a related analytical role
  • •Exposure to financial markets, portfolio analytics, or client reporting preferred
  • •Expertise in Excel and financial modeling; ability to work with raw data sets and reports
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with high numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • •Clear verbal, written, and visual communication; effective project management to handle multiple deliverables
