Job Summary

Own end-to-end programme management for a strategic partnerships workstream that feeds HSBC’s Group AI program. Key Responsibilities

•Own programme management for IDP’s Leveraging Strategic Partnerships workstream feeding the Group AI programme, including plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID log, and financials.
•Run governance and reporting for the workstream by preparing status reporting, steering, and programme board submissions, ensuring a timely, single view of progress, risk, and value.
•Serve as IDP’s interface into the Group AI programme by managing dependencies, escalating blockers, and keeping partnership commitments, timelines, and benefits consistent across the programme view.
•Support the Head of IDP in shaping and refreshing strategy through analysis, options and recommendations, and translating direction into objectives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
•Lead the operating rhythm for the Head of IDP and leadership team by setting agendas, capturing decisions/actions, and driving follow-through to closure.

•Proven programme management track record for complex, multi-stakeholder programmes or workstreams, including dependency and risk management, governance, and reporting to senior structures.
•Ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop decision-ready recommendations for senior audiences.
•Exceptional written and verbal executive communication, including experience producing materials for executive and Board-level audiences.
•Strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and external partnerships to align innovation efforts with bank priorities.
•Working knowledge of artificial intelligence in financial services and how strategic AI/technology partnerships are structured, governed, and commercially realised in regulated organisations.
