Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Platform Engineering Director to execute platform strategy, roadmap, and engineering initiatives.
  • •Ensure platform roadmaps align with product and project needs, priorities, and delivery objectives.
  • •Lead engineering teams delivering integration platforms, shared services, and enterprise integration capabilities.
  • •Drive quality engineering practices, test automation adoption, and track platform adoption and engineering productivity metrics.
  • •Own sprint execution, delivery planning, capacity/dependency/risk management, and coach engineers through feedback, mentoring, and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience leading in an agile delivery environment.
  • •3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • •Experience executing roadmaps, delivery planning, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Experience building shared platforms, developer tooling, integration services, or engineering enablement capabilities.
