Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee space planning and space management for a 3 million sq ft corporate campus, including maintaining the space planning database.
  • •Develop project scope/definition documents and establish project programs with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • •Create and manage tactical and strategic facility plans, including assisting with selection of leased real estate.
  • •Manage procurement, internal funding documents, consultant/contractor contracts, and project estimates, budgets, and schedules across construction phases.
  • •Oversee design and construction documents, furniture specifications, construction, provide project status reports, and manage direct reports. Represent the company at public meetings regarding departmental affairs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience/training.
  • •10+ years of experience in design, planning, development, and management of facility construction projects, including master plan projects.
  • •Prior experience in construction or facilities development.
  • •Licensed Architect or Interior Designer in the state of Texas.
  • •TSA requirements: fingerprint-based criminal history records check must be completed prior to assuming the position, and the successful candidate must clear an internal background review.
