Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with design teams to understand design specifications.
  • •Generate test plans and create test/characterization programs, including design of ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data and supporting failure analysis.
  • •Analyze silicon results to support yield fallout troubleshooting, debug and fix yield issues, and optimize test time.
  • •Work with production teams to release products to volume production, including test strategy definition and implementation for new battery products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in test engineering for IC product development.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT); Eagle preferred.
  • •Characterization and production test program and hardware development experience.
  • •Strong analog test and electronic devices/circuit knowledge, plus data analysis skills (Spotfire, dataPower or equivalent using STDF).
