Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical inspections on heavy equipment, tactical vehicles, and material handling equipment during the turn-in process.
  • •Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and perform preventive and corrective maintenance per Army technical manuals.
  • •Repair and adjust components including engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, steering, suspension, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Service and maintain material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes, loaders) and perform vehicle services such as PMCS, lubrication, and part replacement.
  • •Maintain required inspection/maintenance/repair records and support equipment disposition, including identifying unserviceable or non-repairable equipment.
