Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic customer analytics and insight across one or more high-priority domains; act as a strategic thought partner to stakeholders, clarifying business questions, evaluating opportunities, measuring performance, and informing decisions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Revenue Operations, Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Product & Fintech Analytics, BI & Analytics Engineering, Data Science) to build integrated analytics foundations and drive business impact.
•Lead deep-dive analyses across the customer journey (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, product adoption, monetization, retention, expansion, customer quality, long-term value) and define KPIs that matter for the domains.
•Translate complex business questions into clear analytical plans, decision frameworks, and actionable recommendations; evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and inform next steps.
•Support decision-making through domain understanding, forecasting, target setting, and resource allocation; build reusable frameworks and self-serve tools to improve decision workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 151,200 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to work across complex relational data structures and validate analytical logic
•Strong experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, fintech, revenue, growth, product, customer, or go-to-market analytics
•Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer journey metrics (funnel, conversion, activation, engagement, retention, expansion, monetization)
•Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, with a focus on clear, actionable narratives
•Demonstrated experience with foundational and advanced analytics techniques (performance measurement, exploratory analysis, impact evaluation, experimentation, forecasting, scenario analysis, simulation modelling, predictive analytics)
•Strong business acumen and strategic judgment; excellent stakeholder management; ability to communicate clearly and influence decisions
•Storytelling through data; ability to distill analyses into simple, influential insights
•Practical fluency with AI-assisted analytics workflows and responsible use of AI
•Experience with Python, dbt, Snowflake, Salesforce or other CRM systems (asset)
