Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned Land Mobile accounts end-to-end from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management, and long-term growth as the primary customer contact.
  • •Hit and exceed revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, certifications, and payments, and raising risks early when dates or dollars may slip.
  • •Maintain internal systems so account status, risk, and opportunities are visible in one place.
  • •Monitor account health including contract compliance, KPIs, invoicing, logistics, in-motion/field performance, and customer relationship to prevent delayed cash or churn.
  • •Build account plans, identify expansion opportunities, facilitate leadership business reviews, and coordinate high-touch onboarding and feedback across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field OR high school diploma/equivalency plus 6+ years in account management, customer success, business development, operations, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • •5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue (retention, realization, expansion, or collections).
  • •5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service.
  • •Experience supporting customers with in-motion, fleet, field, or similarly operationally complex deployments.
  • •Ability and track record of growing revenue inside existing accounts through expansion or new ways customers use the product.
