Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Parts process improvement initiatives, system enablement, testing cycles, and change management to stabilize processes.
  • •Assist regional commercial, operations, and COE teams in executing Parts processes across key systems and tools (BPM, Oracle, InSPIRe, ALMA).
  • •Monitor process performance indicators, prepare reports, and identify trends to support Parts management objectives.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies and gaps in Spare Parts processes and contribute to continuous improvement with process owners and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
