Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders to deliver workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organisational development initiatives.
  • •Coordinate, develop, and implement HR solutions to address key regional workforce challenges.
  • •Develop and sustain relationships across the business to identify people management development opportunities and support succession planning.
  • •Lead best practice across the end-to-end employee life cycle, including reward and recognition and retention strategies.
  • •Guide managers through resolution of performance and employee relations matters, supported by appropriate communication at all levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an equivalent HR Business Partner or generalist role.
  • •Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreement workings, and HR best practices.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting leaders through employee relations and performance matters.
  • •Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communication skills.
