Job Summary

Join the GenAI team to build and maintain production-grade agent workflows that automate internal business tasks for non-technical teams. You’ll create reusable Python components and libraries (Python + n8n), perform maintenance on existing agents, and translate stakeholder workflows into agentic solutions. Work with a small team of developers and product managers, contributing to a production codebase with unit tests, CI/CD, Git, and code reviews while exploring AIOps/AgentOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Create reusable Python (Python + n8n) components and libraries for the Business Feature Team to accelerate future development.
•Perform maintenance (TMA) on existing workflows and agents, resolving issues and improving performance.
•Partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows into agentic solutions and explain design choices.
•Collaborate with the team on Python development, contributing to the production codebase with software engineering practices.
•Help implement AIOps/AgentOps best practices in the agent development process.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar technical field.
•Experience with Python and using Git for collaboration, including comfort working in group projects.
•Proven experience building production-ready agent workflows with Google ADK (strongly preferred), Langchain, or LangGraph.
•Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Vertex AI and Kubernetes (or equivalents) for deploying GenAI services.
•Fluent technical English (written and verbal) mandatory.
