Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage end-to-end delivery for in-house software initiatives across mobile and web platforms, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and release timelines.
  • •Drive Agile/Scrum execution by facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • •Collaborate with product and business stakeholders, translating requirements into executable delivery plans and managing scope, timelines, and trade-offs.
  • •Ensure quality, risk, and dependency management, including QA adherence, testing coverage, UAT readiness, and release stability.
  • •Align delivery with target architecture and reduce technical debt, supporting scalable and maintainable solutions and documenting decisions and artefacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with deep understanding of Agile delivery and SDLC.
  • •3+ years’ experience managing end-to-end software projects, with 5+ years overall industry experience.
  • •Experience with RESTful APIs and web services, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Experience capturing requirements and translating them into technical solutions, including delivery of customer-facing digital products.
  • •Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based platforms.
