Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, train, and coach your assembly crew, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. Manage crew PTO and sick time to ensure optimal manpower and uninterrupted departmental operations.
  • •Meticulously review work orders to confirm the availability and accuracy of all required materials, including hardware, components, and in-house parts.
  • •Oversee the review and proper installation of company logos, labeling, NEMA Ratings, and UL information on all finished products.
  • •Coordinate seamlessly with other department leads and the production manager to ensure production consistently meets required schedules.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your work team, focusing on enhancing procedures, processes, and methods to ensure safety and quality in every task.
