Job Summary

Lead and execute strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the Commercial Organization. Manage multiple concurrent projects with limited supervision, coordinating milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and governance. Communicate project status and recommendations to executive stakeholders, translate strategic objectives into actionable work plans, and support continuous improvement by implementing scalable processes and new methods. Partner across functions to drive alignment, meet commitments, and deliver measurable outcomes.

•Independently manage assigned projects, strategic initiatives, and workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision.
•Coordinate planning and delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives across multiple projects.
•Facilitate project meetings and governance processes while ensuring follow-through on commitments.
•Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, proactively escalating or driving resolution as needed.
•Collaborate across functions to maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes; prepare executive-ready updates and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
•Typically 2–5 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy execution, consulting, sales operations, business operations, or related disciplines.
•Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
•Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in prioritizing work and resolving issues.
•Strong communication, analytical thinking, organizational skills, ownership, adaptability, and growth mindset.
