Lead operations for Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites, reporting to the Cluster General Manager and overseeing hotel performance across departments. Drive exceptional guest experiences while managing day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operational efficiency. Own forecasting, staff rostering, promotional initiatives, and revenue strategy to improve RevPAR. Build and motivate the property team and manage relationships with key stakeholders including Body Corporate and Strata Managers.
