•Collaborate with client account managers and environmental leadership to grow profitable backlog and support budgets/capture strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field and 8 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of experience/education).
•Experience leading complex remediation programs with strong regulatory compliance knowledge for Oil and Gas clients.
•Direct people management experience, including supervising and developing a team of remediation professionals.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence diverse client and internal stakeholders.
•US Citizenship or permanent residency is required; background and motor vehicle records checks will be conducted.
