Key Responsibilities

  • •Sit with customers to understand transformation pain points and design/build solutions with the team instead of handing off work.
  • •Build and ship purpose-built but flexible solutions across the enterprise modernization journey.
  • •Compose cutting-edge Celonis platform capabilities into coherent, deployable solutions.
  • •Prototype on the platform by wiring up data, composing AI-driven applications, and iterating quickly with end users.
  • •Drive the full product development lifecycle from ideation to development and scaling, partnering with platform teams and GTM/UX to ensure adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a product engineer, technical product manager, founding/forward-deployed engineer, functional consultant, or comparable hybrid builder role.
  • •Track record building coherent product offerings (solutions, not isolated features) and thinking in terms of how the pieces fit together.
  • •Data- and tech-savvy: comfortable with SQL, PQL, Python, MCP, and Agents; able to prototype and build and quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • •Preferably demonstrated knowledge in SAP system composition (functional and/or SAP base).
  • •Very good English skills (German is a plus), with excellent communication and strong customer and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Thrives in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial, self-directed, action-biased mindset.
