Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring accurate system updates, testing, and training/announcement materials.
  • •Conduct job pricing for market benchmarking, maintain pay ranges, and support job mapping and internal equity analysis.
  • •Support pay equity audits and data validation with audit-ready documentation, and serve as first escalation point for compensation questions.
  • •Administer day-to-day benefits activities (enrollments, terminations, life events, LOA processing) and support open enrollment/renewal cycles.
  • •Maintain compensation and benefits data accuracy across Workday, payroll, and vendor systems; generate reports/dashboards and build basic automation and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, especially in a global and/or remote company.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • •Experience with HRIS and compensation/benefits tools such as Workday, Pave, and Radford.
  • •Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Cowork/Chat, and Zapier.
