Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the AOC Cabin Crew Instructor/Trainer Standardisation Program.
  • •Monitor instructor standardisation, competencies, performance, and documentation.
  • •Develop and update Cabin Crew Instructor/Trainer training materials and publish guidance.
  • •Monitor cabin crew training performance across programs using defined KPIs and set performance targets.
  • •Lead root cause analysis workshops, define remedial training plans, and manage documentation and follow-up for training failures and underperformance.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years overall working experience, including 2+ years in crew training or airline operations.
  • •Holding or previously held a Cabin Crew Attestation.
  • •Experience as a Cabin Crew Standardisation Instructor.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, including EASA, IOSA, HUCAA, and UKCAA.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
