Job Summary

Retrieve and supply raw materials to the production floor and manage finished goods in inventory. Perform scanning, put-away, consolidation, cycle counts, and FIFO inventory rotation. Handle scrap movement, weighing, recording, and compaction, and maintain accurate documentation. Keep the warehouse clean, perform safety checks, operate a manual pallet jack, and support shipping by picking/staging and loading shipments according to bill of lading. Operate within ISO/BRC and Health & Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Retrieve and supply raw materials for the production floor and ensure timely delivery to the correct locations.
•Scan and transport raw materials to production floor and to the warehouse; complete manual IT forms if scanning is not operational.
•Weigh and record excess raw material and scrap, and move scrap to designated areas for regrind/compaction.
•Perform put-away and consolidation activities, maintain inventory rotation rules (FIFO), and maintain proper documentation.
•Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety, including daily checks on powered industrial equipment and reporting unsafe conditions or near misses.

•Support shipping activities by picking/staging items and ensuring shipments are loaded according to the bill of lading.
