Job Summary

Territory Manager responsible for driving growth in utility market sales across RIDGID and Greenlee professional tools within Emerson’s North America sales team. Based near Houston, you will partner with customers and distributors, conduct demonstrations and training, develop territory plans, forecast sales, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the direction, coordination, and growth of utility market sales through direct customer engagement and close collaboration with local ProTools Territory Managers.
•Operate effectively in a matrix environment, providing guidance, coaching, and influence across regional sales partners.
•Conduct field product demonstrations, training, and technical support with end users and distribution partners.
•Lead the introduction and adoption of strategic new products and solutions to expand market presence and share; develop, present, and execute annual territory business plans to deliver sustainable sales growth.
•Build, manage, and maintain accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts.

Key Requirements

•Experience with distribution channels, ideally within electrical, industrial, or plumbing markets.
•A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
•Demonstrated success developing and executing territory business plans that drive incremental growth.
•Experience conducting field product demonstrations, training, and technical problem solving with end users and distributors.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
