Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and guide ClickHouse and Langfuse users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community, and phone calls while meeting SLAs as part of global on-call coverage.
  • •Develop solutions for ClickHouse Cloud and open-source that can be shared through documentation, knowledge bases, blogs, meetups, webinars, and training.
  • •Collaborate with Support Services, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product Management to define required functionality and assist with deeply technical POCs.
  • •Handle technical integration/implementation questions directly in customers’ codebases and help escalate and close bugs with product engineering.
  • •Mentor and train colleagues while building trusted relationships across the developer ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with databases/OLAP/distributed systems, including ClickHouse and related SQL engines or cloud-native infrastructure.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals with comfort reading code, working with data pipelines, and debugging cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • •Hands-on experience building, debugging, or evaluating LLM-powered products using frameworks like Python, TypeScript, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vercel AI SDK.
  • •Familiarity with LLM observability/eval tooling, tracing/evals, model provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), or OpenTelemetry-style tracing.
  • •Strong written communication for troubleshooting and producing clear long-form documentation/guides with a customer-first mindset.
