Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience managing highly technical teams.
  • •Direct experience building or operating RIA and broker-dealer custody systems at scale, including ledgers, security master service, reconciliation, and money movement.
  • •Understand the broker-dealer operating model and responsibilities/data flow across introducing brokers, clearing firms, and custodians.
  • •Worked closely with compliance and operations to translate requirements into engineering decisions and controls.
  • •Understands securities lifecycle, settlement, and corporate actions for customer cash and positions across equities, fixed income, ETFs, and mutual funds.
