Job Summary

Lead solution-level marketing for an identity security platform, translating the product into buyer-recognized outcomes, use cases, and messaging frameworks. Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain solution-level messaging frameworks organized around buyer use cases and outcomes, aligned with direction from the VP.
•Develop narratives for solution areas including Visibility, Posture, Control, Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP), and Compliance; tailor messaging by personas and verticals.
•Partner with Growth Marketing to translate campaign themes into solution messaging that supports demand generation and pipeline plays.
•Create and support sales assets such as solution briefs, value stories, first-meeting sales decks, and messaging/talk tracks for sales plays.
•Manage, coach, and develop a small solutions marketing team while coordinating execution across product marketing, demand gen, content marketing, and sales enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 167,840 - 209,800 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including meaningful time in solutions or product marketing.
•Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report with a track record of developing team members.
•Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity security, PAM, or adjacent enterprise security markets (preferred).
•Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into buyer-relevant messaging for CISO, IAM, and DevOps audiences.
•Strong writing and editing skills with judgment on effective messaging and content.
