Rail Operations and Maintenance Manager

Direct and oversee day-to-day rail operations and maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service. Monitor operational performance, build procedures, schedules, and contingency plans, and coordinate responses to disruptions and emergencies. Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across rolling stock, track, signals, and facilities, while managing maintenance planning, resources, inventory, and vendors. Champion safety and compliance with FRA, FTA, OSHA, and company standards, and manage budgets and reporting to senior leadership.
