Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and sustain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
  • •Ensure site operations (supply, maintenance, and transportation) comply with U.S. Army regulations, technical manuals, and contractual requirements.
  • •Plan and conduct internal quality audits; identify non-conformances, lead root-cause analyses, and track corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Establish controlled documentation (SOPs, work instructions, training records) and maintain accurate inspection, audit, and compliance records.
  • •Provide ISO awareness and quality training, track quality KPIs, manage quality risks, and report performance to the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and Government COR.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred); relevant experience may substitute.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of quality assurance experience in logistics, supply, transportation, or maintenance operations.
  • •In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements and familiarity with U.S. Army standards (e.g., AR 710-2, AR 750-1, AR 735-5, DTR).
  • •ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (preferred) and/or ASQ certifications (CQA, CMQ/OE, or CQI) as a plus.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust), with favorable background check and drug testing; must have a REAL ID and valid driver’s license.
