Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, answer venue questions, and promote additional amenities like Premier parking and lawn chair rentals.
  • •Sell Live Nation blankets and merchandise, and sell upsells such as reserved lawn, fast lane, VIP club access, all-inclusive club access, deck access, and parking.
  • •Communicate daily concert promotions, upsells, future ticket deals, and specials for Premier parking to guests.
  • •Support Ancillary Manager with setup and breakdown of signs, tables, and tents; examine tickets/passes for authenticity.
  • •Handle cash and credit card transactions, balance out at shift end, and participate in post-show clean-up and sorting.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check.
  • •High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with constant walking/standing and occasional sitting, including lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.
  • •Experience with cash handling preferred; must be comfortable with iPhone/iPad technology.
