Job Summary

Evaluate borrower creditworthiness by reviewing financial data, credit application packages, and collateral documents. Under specified lending authority, determine loan terms, make recommendations or grant approvals, and monitor loan performance to manage maturities and minimize losses. Produce routine and ad hoc reports for compliance and audits, perform detailed analysis for asset-based lending (ABL), and support internal loan review and quarterly portfolio summaries.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and approve credit application packages and collateral documents for accuracy and adherence to policy, risk, and compliance.
•Determine the strength or weakness of client credit to set loan terms and make recommendations or grant approvals within lending thresholds.
•Monitor the lending portfolio for upcoming or past-due maturities and take action to collect and minimize losses.
•Generate routine and ad hoc reports and provide documentation for compliance reviews and audits.
•Conduct detailed analysis for asset-based lending (ABL) loans secured by AR and inventory and provide internal loan review feedback and summaries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Minimum five (5) years’ experience in financial analysis, banking, or a related field.
•Excellent understanding of finance/credit administration fundamentals, critical ratios, forecasting, and local market knowledge.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with attention to detail and data analysis.
