Lead Engineer, Mathematics & Data Science, Engineering Operations and Transformation (M/F/D)

Partner with Engineering and Technology teams to drive operational excellence using demand vs. capacity analysis, demand trend insights, and cost/engineering rate control. Apply statistical and data analytics approaches to identify process drivers, support vouchering allocation, and enable earned value management adoption. Collaborate with outsourcing leaders to develop the supply base and communicate results to executives and operational stakeholders.
