•Attend training for the Front Gate box office system to assist patrons with ticket orders.
•Verify will-call customer information (name, email, credit card) to distribute tickets correctly.
•Resolve ticket scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner.
•Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using Front Gate POS.
•Provide accurate event information, maintain a professional upbeat demeanor, keep the area clean, and follow evacuation procedures while reporting to Box Office Management.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 16.5 - 19 hourly

•Sales and customer service-related work experience is preferred.
