Associate Director, Analytics & Corrective Actions Lead

Lead the development of compliance analytics and reporting that support ethics and compliance risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, and program decisions. Oversee dashboards and data visualizations for leadership, ensure data quality and integration, and manage the enterprise corrective action process through closure validation and documentation. Establish standards for issue management and root-cause analysis, partner with stakeholders to drive remediation, and coach a team while improving automation and reporting processes.
