Job Summary

Lead a small team responsible for overseeing a third-party procurement service provider. You will set up and run performance management using KPIs, SLAs, and procurement policy compliance, partner with supply chain, program management, and finance to resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and cost savings. The role also supports integration of third-party procurement into existing tools and workflows while reporting performance insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and lead five employees overseeing day-to-day operations of a third-party procurement service provider.
•Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate provider performance using KPIs, SLAs, and procurement policy compliance.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders (supply chain, program management, finance) to address procurement needs and resolve escalated issues.
•Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost savings, and supplier performance through the third-party service model.
•Support integration of third-party procurement activities into Raytheon systems, tools, and workflows and provide performance reporting to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 5 years’ experience.
•Experience in supply chain, supply chain management, procurement, operations, or program management.
•Experience working with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
•Experience supporting projects, deployments, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
