Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce machine parts by programming, assembling, and operating CNC or manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders, and other specialized machines).
  • •Interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, reference planes, and sketches, including geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
  • •Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts into sub-units or complete units using mechanical equipment.
  • •Take measurements, select appropriate machines for the process, and perform machining setups with required adjustments.
  • •Conduct inspections, check SPC charts and gauging/measurements, keep records, and follow EHS/Quality/CI rules while supporting overtime as needed.
