Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the maintenance team: supervise technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure top-quality execution of preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance work.
  • •Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules using CMMS/Excel, create accurate job cards, track asset history, and maintain spotless maintenance records.
  • •Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot safely and effectively, and restore production with minimal downtime.
  • •Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and hygiene standards by collaborating with Production, Quality, HSE, and Food Safety teams.
  • •Manage spares inventory, tools, and suppliers while enforcing LOTOTO and permit-to-work protocols across all activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade Certification (Millwright, Electrician, or Fitter) required
  • •5+ years in FMCG or food manufacturing maintenance with supervisory experience
  • •Proficiency in CMMS systems (SAP, Pragma, MaintainX)
  • •Strong GMP, HACCP, HSE knowledge in manufacturing environments
  • •Leadership and people-management skills to build high-performing teams
