Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise management and operational teams on legal issues and identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
  • •Own the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, and commercial contract follow-up.
  • •Ensure compliance across areas including GDPR, anti-corruption, fraud prevention, and competition law, focused on Belgian activities.
  • •Monitor regulatory developments, convert changes into concrete actions, and raise awareness through communication and training.
  • •Support corporate governance and ensure follow-up of statutory and corporate law obligations and documentation, strengthening internal controls with Finance and Audit.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Law (Masterdiploma in de Rechten) with broad legal knowledge across different areas.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a multinational or international law firm.
  • •Experience in an international and/or in-house corporate legal context is a strong advantage.
  • •Able to start from 1 November 2026 through 30 April 2027.
