Own country-level product planning and buying/trading plans for adidas sports & golf eCom touchpoints (own.com and eMarketplaces). Manage product master data and analyze historical orders, sell-through, and inventory to support buying strategy and financial targets. Drive eCommerce trading process excellence, monitor inventory and optimize DC capacity, lead stock replenishment, and provide data-backed recommendations to maximize sales and profitability.

•Create country-level product planning and buying/trading plans for assigned categories across own.com and eMarketplaces.
•Manage product master data and analyze historical orders, sell-through, and inventory to support buying strategy and financial targets.
•Drive eCommerce trading process excellence through own operation and performance-driven execution.
•Monitor inventory levels, optimize DC capacity, and drive improvements using article performance diagnosis and forecasting.
•Lead stock replenishment for responsiveness ranges and provide recommendations based on analysis and trending for current and future buys.

Key Requirements

•University degree in business (economics, marketing, or sales focus preferred).
•Minimum 3 years of merchandising and trading experience.
•Preferred e-commerce experience.
•Advanced user of the MS Office suite.
•Fluent in English and Korean with strong analytical and organized, process-oriented working style.
