Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow a senior frontend platform engineering team and set technical/execution standards in a healthcare-grade environment.
•Own the frontend platform used across Ambient experiences (web, mobile, embedded surfaces) and lead architecture for real-time and async workflows.
•Build and scale shared UI primitives, component libraries, and design systems; improve frontend performance, latency, reliability, and offline/poor-network behavior.
•Define and improve developer experience with frontend abstractions, testing, CI/CD, and observability; ensure clean contracts between AI systems and UI layers.
•Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, and Security to translate clinical workflows into scalable UI platforms and influence frontend strategy across the organization.

Key Requirements

•Engineering experience, including managing frontend or platform teams
•Experience leading frontend platforms, shared UI infrastructure, or design systems
•Strong expertise with modern frontend stacks (e.g. React, TypeScript, modern build tooling)
•Experience supporting real-time, data-intensive, or mission-critical user workflows
•Proven ability to deliver platform capabilities used by multiple product teams
