Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a senior frontend platform engineering team and set technical/execution standards in a healthcare-grade environment.
  • •Own the frontend platform used across Ambient experiences (web, mobile, embedded surfaces) and lead architecture for real-time and async workflows.
  • •Build and scale shared UI primitives, component libraries, and design systems; improve frontend performance, latency, reliability, and offline/poor-network behavior.
  • •Define and improve developer experience with frontend abstractions, testing, CI/CD, and observability; ensure clean contracts between AI systems and UI layers.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, and Security to translate clinical workflows into scalable UI platforms and influence frontend strategy across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering experience, including managing frontend or platform teams
  • •Experience leading frontend platforms, shared UI infrastructure, or design systems
  • •Strong expertise with modern frontend stacks (e.g. React, TypeScript, modern build tooling)
  • •Experience supporting real-time, data-intensive, or mission-critical user workflows
  • •Proven ability to deliver platform capabilities used by multiple product teams
