Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow new clients and expand relationships for clients with more than $50,000 in investable assets using a consistent sales process and financial planning.
  • •Host financial wellness conversations and complete comprehensive financial plans to uncover investment and banking opportunities and referrals.
  • •Use a consultative sales process and assessment tools to deliver needs-based investment solutions and partner with banking center staff.
  • •Attain sales production and referral goals by managing a book of business, lead lists, and closing on referrals received.
  • •Coordinate investment product delivery within assigned branch(es), including coaching and mentoring branch personnel, and develop a Center of Influence strategy.

Salary: USD 62,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • •FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) upon hire.
  • •FINRA License S7 upon hire.
  • •FINRA License S66 or S63 and 65 upon hire.
  • •Resident state insurance licenses (Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life & Disability) required.
