Job Summary

Support and improve the plant’s automated instrumentation and control systems for stable operations. Assist leaders with personnel, training, and work plan coordination, provide technical support for equipment maintenance, and handle annual overhauls and hardware/software upgrades. Update and modify control strategies based on production process requirements, conduct safety/skills training for automation staff, perform inspections, and support vendor procurement and spare parts planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist managers with departmental staffing, training management, and work plan scheduling.
•Provide technical support for the equipment operation/maintenance management platform and for control方案 design,施工及维护.
•Perform daily maintenance and repair of automated instrumentation equipment to ensure stable operation.
•Carry out annual inspections/overhauls and lead hardware/software modification and updates.
•Update control software configuration control strategies according to production process requirements, and organize safety/skills training; also conduct routine inspections and support procurement of equipment/parts.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or above.
•10+ years in an Instrument Engineer role.
•8+ years of work experience in a hazardous chemicals enterprise.
•Strong internal and cross-department communication skills.
