Coordinate planning, counts, and reporting before and after shows, including reconciliation and settlement reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a liaison between Artist/Tour Representative(s), Venue Management, and the Merchandise Specialists team.
•Oversee a team of Merchandise Specialists to deliver an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for guests and fans.
•Communicate with Artist/Tour Representative to advance product line for upcoming events.
•Oversee inventory count-in and count-out procedures and manage stock requests throughout the show.
•Train, mentor, and motivate the team; maintain clean, presentable merchandise stands and complete required pre-show, post-show, and payroll reports.

•Must be able to be available for the entire concert day, with shifts as long as 15 hours (with breaks).
