Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive development, drafting, and maintenance of strategic advertising policies for Reddit’s ads products as the EMEA subject matter expert.
  • •Draft risk assessments and strategic policy recommendations for senior cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • •Serve as a role model and senior peer leader within the Ads Policy organization.
  • •Act as the decision-maker on highly complex, grey-area ads policy escalations, issuing definitive, risk-balanced rulings.
