Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, providing clear, practical advice across a wide range of UK employment law matters.
•Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and contracts through to complex employee relations issues, restructures and exits.
•Advise on redundancy, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters, and Employment Tribunal claims, working with external counsel where needed.
•Support policy development, deliver training, and help embed best practice across the business.
•Collaborate within a global legal function with exposure to wider EMEA matters.

Key Requirements

•Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (or equivalent) with at least 4 years PQE in employment law
•Strong knowledge of UK employment law with experience advising on complex employee relations matters
•Experience supporting redundancy programmes, TUPE and organisational change
•Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide practical, commercially focused advice
•Strong communication skills
