Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the success of your product area, including product direction, shipped quality, and revenue and customer outcomes.
  • •Define the roadmap and vision for sprints, the next quarter, and the next year.
  • •Create the go-to-market narrative and enable sales, including stepping in to own the narrative on customer calls.
  • •Ensure end-to-end product clarity through documentation and onboarding; identify what’s blocking key customers.
  • •Continuously support what the product needs by talking to customers and helping reproduce and resolve issues.
