Own a complex, interconnected product area for an AI infrastructure platform used by 200+ CPG brands. You’ll define roadmap and vision, craft the go-to-market narrative, ensure end-to-end product clarity and documentation, and drive customer outcomes through day-to-day discovery. Partner closely with engineers, designers, CPG experts, and GTM teams as you scale a platform spanning accounting automation, trade promotion, sales forecasting, and analytics.

•Drive the success of your product area, including product direction, shipped quality, and revenue and customer outcomes.
•Define the roadmap and vision for sprints, the next quarter, and the next year.

•Ensure end-to-end product clarity through documentation and onboarding; identify what’s blocking key customers.
•Continuously support what the product needs by talking to customers and helping reproduce and resolve issues.
