Head of North America Enterprise PICO - San Jose

Lead PICO’s North America enterprise business, owning revenue targets and building a regional go-to-market strategy. Drive quarterly forecasting and pipeline visibility, while coaching a high-performing sales team and managing multi-level sales leadership. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to set priorities, optimize revenue growth, and support annual budgeting and KPI tracking. Ensure operating excellence across forecasting, hiring, performance management, and cross-team best practices.
