Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and optimize SMT process development, including solder paste printing, component placement, reflow profiling, and inspection processes.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues to improve yield, quality, and throughput in SMT manufacturing.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, manufacturing) to ensure process integration and continuous improvement.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics engineering, Electromechanics engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field.
  • •6+ years of experience in SMT process engineering or related manufacturing engineering roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of SMT assembly processes including solder paste printing, reflow soldering, and inspection techniques.
  • •Experience with process control tools, statistical process control (SPC), and failure analysis methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with SMT equipment programming, process simulation software, and quality management systems; advanced English level.
