Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operational matters for the Building Services discipline and embed a project culture aligned to client, staff, and commercial expectations.
  • •Oversee operational reporting and management on project, commercial, business risk, and employee performance and development issues.
  • •Champion SHEQ performance by promoting positive culture, ensuring BMS and policy compliance, supporting training/competency, and embedding SHEQ into operational reviews.
  • •Lead commercial performance and financial governance across major projects and frameworks, including budgets, forecasts, backlog, working capital, profitability, and margin improvement.
  • •Provide commercial leadership on client contracts and change management, negotiating/valuing/recovering variations and managing contractual entitlements while protecting project profitability.
