Key Responsibilities

•Be a primary face of Clay University, recording courses, Looms, and walkthroughs that thousands of GTMEs watch weekly, shaping how people learn the discipline.
•Own full content lifecycle for your topics, from curriculum prep to screen capture and handoff to editors.
•Ship content at AI's pace, recording and iterating quickly as new features or models emerge.
•Preserve and evolve the energy of live, scrappy looms—balancing polish with the immediacy of live problem-solving.
•Collaborate across Solutions, GTMOps, and Forward Deployed GTMEs to turn cross-functional brilliance into university-grade lessons.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience creating and delivering educational content, on-camera or in-the-edit bay, with the ability to teach complex topics clearly.
•Ability to own the full content lifecycle from curriculum prep to final delivery, including capturing screen flows and coordinating with editors.
•Comfortable shipping content at a rapid pace, embracing iterative improvements based on feedback and new AI releases.
•Strong storytelling and craft in live-build formats, not just polished, edited productions.
•Proven hunger to build and share content, with a portfolio demonstrating teaching content (YouTube, Loom, Substack, etc.).
