Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing impact personally, professionally, and financially.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities in conversations and provide effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage a range of consumer and small business accounts and products, including lending and deposits.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while leveraging lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to meet sales and referral expectations.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations including teller transactions as needed, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required); bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (sales experience is emphasized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) and ability to educate clients (required).
