Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce aircraft parts to drawing by operating machines in the cell.
  • •Perform manual set-ups by positioning and aligning tooling per set-up instructions using CNC programming language (G codes).
  • •Maintain tolerances using operation observations, machine offset adjustments, cutter changes, and self-inspection (OSV).
  • •Document actions for quality logs, communicate machining discrepancies to supervision, and create Product Defect Sheets (PDS) as required.
  • •Support continuous improvement (5S and Standard Work) and multitask by operating other machines within the cell.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of current Mill Turn machining experience.

  • •Eligible to work in Canada and meet requirements under ITAR and CCGP.
